Service took longer than expected. There needs to have some communication as to what time the car got into the service bay and work was started on it.

I always appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous service and staff at Bob Baker. They often explain things I was unaware of and I meet nice people in the waiting room or in coffee area. I Love my Forester because I feel safe and have great visibility. Today I opened my huge sunroof and enjoyed the sun and fresh air circulating around me.
Julian has always been helpful and courteous even when I ask him to set the clock in my Forester. I’m glad I purchased my vehicle at Bob Baker Subaru!????

He has stellar customer service skills. He makes sure we are taken care of and explains what’s happening. He always returns our phone calls quickly when we have a question about something. If we have a question or issue with our Outback or Forrester - we always call Zach at Bob Baker.

I'm mailing a personal, hand-written thank you card to Joe, telling him how very much I appreciate him for his cheerful and courteous welcome when I arrived. My recall intake took seconds. He phone message let me know my car was ready for pick-up included well wishes that my friendship breakfast meeting was going well--something I had only mentioned in passing. Joe is an excellent ambassador for your organization with his customer service orientation and decent interpersonal manner.
