Hard to communicate with Julian. Had to argue with him to get problem with screen checked. He didn’t seem interested in explaining stuff when I picked up car. Had to ask about brakes and tires and then ask for clarification about what the numbers he said in response meant. He didn’t bother to check that this service was covered and tried to charge me. All in all he gave the impression that he had better things to do then help me. Perhaps he was having a bad day but next time would prefer Zack. I’ve been coming to your service area for a few years and everyone has Amy been helpful. This was my first disappointing time. Turns out my screen did have a problem ( 2nd time bringing it in for this) and a replacement was ordered. Would prefer not to have to deal with Julian when it comes in in a few days.

Julian is a true asset to your team. I can’t remember the last time I had such a positive experience at a dealership. I am military and have lived in four states in the last 6 years and have some dealership horror stories. I always go in not expecting much but I was blown away by the great service and customer service. I will be a repeat customer.
