Zach took complete ownership of a situation that previously happened. My wife had the Atlas serviced, the check engine light was on. Determined a bad Cadillac converter. In which needed to be replaced, we waited for almost two weeks with no call due to the part needing to be ordered. I was in the area and stopped in to discover it was never ordered. We have leased two vehicles with this dealership at the same time. I’ve had Zach work with me for my WRX and now the Atals, he is the only reason we will be bringing our vehicles back for service and warranty issues. He took ownership of a situation that was not his fault, he ensured I was kept up to date on the process got my daughter in an out smoothly when we dropped the vehicle off. Also, the day I attempted to turn in the vehicle in which an appointment was made online, the VW serviceman appeared overwhelmed unenthused, I’ve also argued with this individual a couple of years ago due to VW covering a service for our Jetta. I had to call VW and sort out the situation, not this individual, but ME. So we agreed to come back the next day for the service to be performed, and Zach greeted and took care of us right away.
I work in the customer service industry, and I understand the aspects of business and nothing is perfect. Everyone strives for higher NPS, coaching, and constructive feedback. This ensures better business practices and a culture that delivers an exuberant customer service experience.
Seriously Zach is an outstanding individual, and we will be coming back because of this individuals efforts to deliver superior customer service.

The service was great. I'm a little old school so I would have preferred that he walked into lobby to tell me my vehicle was ready instead of calling and texting. Felt a little less personal.
Zachary was very friendly and helpful. The wait to get my car checked in too a bit because there were a lot of people which I understood that and Zack was very nice and apologetic about it. My car was done in the time I figured it would be and I was sent on my way. He explained everything and made sure I was good to go without questions.
