It took way too long to do a front end alignmnet and put on five tires.(five hours) Tanner was great

Mr. Carrasco was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He advised on options that I can take to deter rodents from chewing my wires. Although I have not worked with any of the other VW Service personnel, my preference is to work with Mr. Carrasco when my VW and I come for service.

Every thing went very well.
I was texted that my car would be ready in 10-15, it just had to be put through the wash. So I headed back to the dealership to pick it up. I then received a call ten minutes later that said they had just finished servicing the car, and it would be put through the wash - ready in another 15. 30 minutes later my car was “ready”, but it had not been washed. I just decided to leave since I had somewhere to be. This was my first bad experience with BB Subaru, and it’s just an oversight I’m sure. But frustrating none the less.
He was very professional and took care of our problems.

I made an appointment to get a very tiny paint chip fixed in my new car and I had ordered all weather mats and a bumper pad. I was reassured over the phone that the painter would be there when me appointment started because I informed her that my father would be starting there because we live outside of the radius. The painter showed up an hour later and they had even put the mats in my car yet or placed the number protector on. Then to find out that they needed to keep my car for two days was ridiculous. I am very unhappy that I am not getting the paint fixed on the new car because it should take two days to fix and we live the South Bay Area. The people who book the appointments need to be more knowledgeable about how long things can take. My dad was still there for a couple of hours to put car mats on and a bumper protector. This was with an appointment too.
I already submitted comments about my experience elsewhere , but I would say again that I was impressed with JP; the service he provided speaks very well for your company.
