Joseph Phillips was very professional and also very personable. It seemed like a hectic day for the service center, yet everything ran efficiently. They even found time to give my Subaru Outback a quick wash at my request which was much appreciated.
Being satisfied with my car's service is one thing, but to me, it all starts with the attention that the representative brings to the customer. Joseph's dedication, professionalism and welcoming attitude is always there. It is a pleasure to work with him every time.

Tanner was very proactive in keeping me apprised of the status of my car. He explained everything to me along the way, and he was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle. His help was invaluable as the extent of the repairs and the time needed to complete them was extensive. I am very glad to have brought my car to Bob Baker for service and that the service advisors there, like Tanner, are there to assist me in times such as these.
