Super nice, and I was there for a recall part for my car and he told me how long it would take and i waited.
Knowledgeable. Courteous, helpful..answers all questions...kept me. The customer informed as did Norm the service manager. Friendly staff.

I brought my vehicle in to be serviced for a factory recall. According to the letter I got in the mail from Subaru, it requires a 30 minute repair. When I checked in, I was told I would need to leave my vehicle for 5 hours. If I had come in for standard service or an oil change, I’m sure I would have been in and out in 2 hours max, based on previous experience getting vehicles serviced at Bob Baker, of which I have plenty. Also, I was told if I wanted a shorter wait time I’d need to book an appointment for October. Gimme a break.
Julian lacked empathy and had no interest to provide excellent customer service. His objectives seem to be read what recommended services were shown on the screen and state the price. The experience was not positive and will be considering other Subaru locations.
Bobby was the best. Hands down.

I was told it would be a 5-hr service so I waited. Actually it took 7 hrs. If I had known it would take that long, I would have gone home to wait. Your waiting room is great, but 7 hrs is too long.
The work was completed within the estimated time. I recommend that Mr. Perez improve in his customer service by not being so serious and a little more friendly. When I asked for the recall , he explained in technical terms which I think he could of explained in simpler terms. Never smiled once
