The only thing I’d change is there was oil stains on the door handle and in the D/S door panel. But the customer service was great!

I called BB Subaru for a recall appointment. The customer service people gave me a 12 noon appointment and was told it would take two hours. When I arrived I was informed it would take three hours because mechanics were at lunch. I was on a very tight schedule that day. I was asked if I wanted the car washed and I said yes - 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I went looking for my car. Apologies aren’t solving the situation. I’ve purchased 6 cars from your dealership and the customer service has eroded greatly.
Joseph is very professional as well as, personable. Very good combination. We came in for service, oil change etc.
We had concerns about the steering on the Forester which he explains is common to the vehicle but not dangerous. We are not totally convinced of this as it happens intermittently and whoever test drove the car did not experience it. If it continues we will be back.

I very much appreciate Tanner’s effort to get my car fixed on Saturday, even though technicians familiar with hybrid were limited. I was able to get my car at the end of Saturday, however on my way home, it started to show tire pressure alert sign. I’m not sure if this is related the service (rear tire installation) done on Saturday, but will have to bring back my car again on Monday. I wish the technicians through performance.

I am a little concerned though for my eyesight technology isn’t working since they fix the recall on the gas gauge thing. I noticed my settings were changed as well so I’m wondering if I need to go in and fix it.
