your waiting room is terrible. It is too small and crowded. Also compared to other dealer/service centers the experience is not as personal. At other service centers I've been to I had the same person every time and got to know him/her and for that reason I hesitated changes brands when it came time for a new car. I can't stress enough what a difference it makes. thanks for asking, nancy
