The customer service Darius provided was completely satisfactory, however I left the dealership frustrated and disappointed. I expected Subaru to be different and way above the other dealership's performance levels. But they are just the same disappointments as the rest. Besides other services to be performed, I opted for the tire rotation, however, I had a nail in my tire so a spare tire was put on my car due to "safety issues". Thread too low (I only have 25000 miles), so they wouldn't fix my tire. At least tell me, so I could have opted out of the rotation. I was still charged for it! I am also still waiting for the rebate that I was promised of the first flat tire fix that was done about a year ago. I will need to find another place to service my car and buy my next car, as I won't be back to Bob Baker. Geraldine.

Darius was great. He communicated everything as it happened throughout the service (one of my tires had two punctures which required bringing in my all-season tires which I had at home to replace, one of which also had a puncture and needed to be patched, so it was a little bit of a tricky service!). Darius was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Thanks!

Was not a bad experience he treat me well. He tried upselling me some nonsense however I understand that’s his job. As soon as I told him that not for me. He was great and amazing. Just don’t try to slam everyone.
