Brought the car in for service and to fix a noise in the front end. Was there waiting for 4 hours and the problem wan’t fixed.
Tanner checked me in but Darius (sp?) checked me out.
Both were competent and efficient.
Darius was a kind and professional young man, a pleasure to work with.
I had requested a car wash but it didn't look like that was done. Everything else was great though... side skirt, speaker, and spare key. I also took advantage of the free multi point inspection and received an estimate for the car hood. JP was also very timely with updates through text. I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. Thank you!
