The VW website advertises the price of an oil change,air filter replacement and a transmission fluid change as $115. Although this was an estimate I chose your dealership because of it. When I arrived my advisor informed me that actually the cost of all three services would be in excess of $600. While I appreciate an estimate can change, when it varies by more than x5 the true amount then I feel that is false advertising and you/VW are doing this to lure customers in. Hope to hear from you on this. Will C. was great otherwise
