Service writer said he would try to find me transportation. He never came back after 15 mins so I had to Lyft home. Then upon picking up my car my tire pressure was low despite paying for that to be checked. Safe to say I'm never returning again

I had a punctured tire on my new car and was told to bring it in and you would take care of it. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to find out you don’t have the tire in stock. That would have very helpful to know BEFORE I drove up there.
