I really appreciate Julian squeezing my subaru service in today with such short notice (set up yesterday). Also Julian is happy to go over individual elements of the service and work with me to decide which things I need. Very happy with my service experience working with Julian.

I feel like they treated me differently because I was a teenager. It took over an hour to bring my car out after I was told my service was done while other people were given their cars when they came after me. I waited for about 30 minutes just standing waiting for the vehicle to come out until it started to rain and I went inside. Also, not clear about when the car would be ready.

Very kind and really great with service & car knowledge. He what’s going on with the issues with the car when it’s in the shop. But he needs to be a little better on his messages and voicemails lol.
The final diagnosis of a low-grade (& non-critical) over-heating problem was inconclusive, with no idea of why it occurs or how to remedy the problem. Very good effort by technician, but no solution.

Very pleased with everything that was done.
One person told me 3-4 hours.
Another told me they would call me in an hour or two to give me an update on timing.
I ended up calling 5 hours later to see what the deal was, and I was told the vehicle is ready.
Colton met met me after I pulled up and explained what was going to be done today (routine maintenance). He let me know approximately how long it would be and the vehicle was out in that time frame ( one hour).
So yes, I was very satisfied with Colton and your service dept.

Tanner did an exceptional job taking care of both me and my car. He worked to make contacts with my insurance company and reached out to me for help. He kept me up to date with service progression and notified me in advance of when my car would be ready for pickup. This helped greatly for my planning during the day. Tanner is a true professional that understands the relationship of your dealership and the customer. He spoke in terms of an adult dealing with another adult. As a person who is in the customer service industry, I recognized his maturity and professionalism immediately. I hope this brief summary gives you and idea of what a quality person you have working there. I hope to continue the service with Tanner.
