Was forced to buy new battery, rather than test 6mo old battery to see if it just needed a charge. New battery not warrantied even though front of battery clearly reads 30 month replacement warranty. Why force me to buy new battery and not cover nearly new battery that failed or test it to see if it is bad or not?

Will always is on top of it! He goes above and beyond to help with your service appointment. He knows how much I love my Beetle and makes sure it is taken care of just like it were his own. If I have any questions about my car he always explains in away I can understand. Thank you, Kathy Jones
Honestly I was impressed and was pleasantly surprised. My last car was a Honda and the reason that I didn’t go with another Honda was (quite literally) my experience with the dealer every time I visited the service center. Thanks for being so customer oriented — it’ll keep people (like myself) coming back.

Darius is obviously ‘young’ no pun intended. I was frustrated with his comments centered on obtaining discounts for work to be performed. I appreciated his can do attitude, but it seems with time and experience he will have this attribute polished. I will be coming back, and will probably work with Darius. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciate the overall repairs and services that were performed. I believe I may have ended up with a wheel that is cracked (back right rear) unfortunate. I didn’t notice till I got home. Darius is not aware.
He was very accommodating and I didn’t even have an appointment.
Tanner and everyone I dealt with was helpful courteous and patient. Excellent service.
Tanner was extremely helpful. He had to tell me the bad news that I needed repairs costing several thousand dollars. Since I have always gone to your dealership for regular maintenance and my car warranty had only recently expired, he suggested I call Subaru to see if they could help. I did so and they agreed to cover the majority of the repairs. I would never have thought of contacting them and am so grateful for Tanner’s suggestion.
Zach is awesome, and super awesome. Only thing is the crew in the back forgot to wash my car.

Tanner was a great help today, and has been every time I bring my car in.
I have used many Subaru Service Centers since I first purchased my Subaru. Bob Baker stands at the top 2. The first being the Subaru where i first purchased my Crosstrek. JP is very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for what was needed to make sure my Subaru stays drive ready. He keep me in the the loop and adjusted for my crazy work schedule. Honestly, I cannot wait to get my Crosstrek back into Service even with knowing what other work is needed because i know i am in GREAT hands!
JP is a definite asset to your company and you should be happy to have him on your team!!!

Unfortunately what was frustrating was the unpredictable nature of the courtesy shuttle service. Waiting a bit is ok if I could know and plan for when I may have a ride to and from work when having my car serviced.
Zach is a terrific service advisor. He always looks out for me and makes sure my car is running just right. Because of Zach we will be buying another Subaru from you in the next few months. Service is everything. To have someone we trust is priceless.
