JP was awesome! He communicated with me right away in the morning. I dropped my car off the night before. He contacted me after every concern I had and let me know it was taken care of.

Julian was excellent. We have worked closely with Subaru in Norther California for 4 years and this was our first experience at the Carlsbad Subaru. The service we received with Julian was superior to anything we have received up to this point at other dealers. He was very easy to work with, set very clear expectations and kept us in the loop throughout the day which was huge! I’ve had a major rattle for months in the rear of my vehicle. Several people tried to determine the location, but Eddie found the problem and fixed it. It was nearly time for the crew to close down for the day, but they helped me anyway

The service was fine but now I cannot find my prescription sun glasses which were in my car in the console area, so bummed????
Thanks for taking care of the oil leak, but this is the second leak my 2014 Forester has had as a year ago it was a transmission leak.
I’m now starting to doubt my decision to by a used Subaru at Bob Baker...
