This is the second large repair bill I’ve had for my Subaru in less than 3 months. And over the 5 years I’ve owned it, I’ve had to spend much more than I counted on in mechanical repairs. And the cost of each repair is significantly higher than the cost to repair my Toyota. I bought my Subaru after being convinced by your advertising that Subaru is more reliable than other manufacturers cars. I’m finding this is not true. My next car will probably not be a Subaru.

Glad Bobby was my case contact! Apparently my coolant has been leaking for a while ... bought the car from you guys in 2016, found the leak a couple weeks later, reached out to my sales rep at the time and was told it’s likely just condensation from the AC.... I also take my car in for it’s yearly service at your dealership every year,,, and no one found the leak until now. Thank you to Bobby for insisting that the recalled microfluidic chip was installed correctly which was how they found th coolant leak. Otherwise I don’t think anyone would have found it despite the fact that I bring my car in to get serviced at Bob Baker VW Carlsbad Every Single Year.

Personnel at the curb were very nice to be with. I arrived an hour early but they took my vehicle right away while I negotiated a new car purchase in the showroom area. My vehicle was ready for me 4 minutes after my appointment time! Beat that!

They didnt fullfill the warranty for the part they replaced the manager said it had no warranty when i clearly read on the receipt it had 12 month warranty. Also the diagnostica that was done to my car was only through sound they didnt bother to even inspect the part that was making the sound. They just wanted me to purchase parts.
