The day before, Julian verified that the parts to fix my vehicle had arrived. I thought it was going to be a several hour job. However, he got me checked in, car fixed, and done in just over an hour.

You do not need to contact me. I was very impressed with the service from the entire system, including JPhillips. My only reason for selecting "no" is that I didn't really understand what parts of the full servicing were essential, whether I could prioritize the more important things and maybe wait on some. When I tried to ask, I realized there was no way to have a conversation about that. I could see he didn't have the time to discuss that kind of detail with me, given all the activity and people coming in, and given my lack of knowledge about cars and maintenance needs. So I just signed up for the whole thing. Which maybe was for the best. I do feel reassured that my car received excellent attention, and that no problems were found.
I don't mean this feedback as criticism. Just letting you know what it's like when you are a client who does not have expertise in what cars really need and that I understand that if I need to hedge on some of the maintenance for financial reasons I will have to go to some other provider. I do totally trust that you are doing the best maintenance possible as the dealer.

Zach started out great and even printed out and explained in detail what a 30K mile maintenance entails. He noticed that since the pollen filter was replaced during the last maintenance, he noted that this will be removed from the maintenance and quoted $440 estimate. Total price was $470 because the pollen filter was replaced. I either paid for a new filter that is not necessary or Zach gave me the wrong gouge. I believe Zach was correct, but somehow what he mentioned was not followed. This is especially true when someone else completed the check out procedure with me. Please note that Zach did great the whole time I was there today. I’m upset about the mix up. Thanks.
