Appointment was quick and easy, very nice to be able to pay outside now. Erik was a pleasure to work with!
I had a 10 am appointment today. When I checked in with Zach I asked him how long I could expect to wait. He responded 90 minutes, maybe sooner. I had children to pick up at noon, and needed to know if I needed to make other arrangements. My car was not ready at noon and I went out to ask Zach about it. He found my paperwork still on his desk and told me just 5 more minutes. I then noticed that my car was subsequently driven into the service bay and work started to rotate my tires and change the oil. At 12:50 (50 minutes later) another service writer told me my car was ready. I asked what they had found wrong that had taken so longer to remedy (3 hours for a simple oil change). He told me nothing, they were just too busy today.
My question is why have appointments and tell customers inaccurate time estimations? If I had known this service was going to take 3 hours I could have easily made other arrangements ahead of time for the children to be picked up by others. (Although I think 3 hours for an oil change is unreasonable). As it turned out, we were scrambling unnecessarily.
All I’m asking is a little courtesy next time.

Satisfied with our experience today. We were aware of all of the services our Crosstrek needs, Tanner went a little extra to make sure our concerns regarding our vehicle were put to rest.
My recommendation is that tire rotations should be included(or at a reasonable cost) with the higher price for an oil change at the dealership.
JP did great work. I had a very bad experience last time I was at Bob Baker and JP restored my faith in your dealership...at least for now.
Bobby is always very helpful and explains things before anything is done.
