It was a very unexpectedly pleasant experience from start to finish. Took care of the repair under warranty and did some additional work that I requested not under warranty but at a fair price.

I came in for a recall maintenance check, but after a very quick check was discovered I didn’t need it. William offered me a complimentary car wash which I gladly accepted, having saved time by not having to wait for recall service, and he told me that he would find me in the lobby or call me when it was done. After waiting in the lobby for over an hour I had to find any service member and ask them the status of my car, finding out that it had been finished yet no one had contacted me. Ridiculous that I wasted so much time there.
