I feel when I am told that something will be done, it should be done. It is not a huge deal , but this is the second time I have asked for a car wash and it wasn’t done . My wife waited an extra half hour when it had already been 3 hours for her recall and service.

I was done but when they called my name, I was in the bathroom and didn’t hear. I waited another 45+min and then went out as I was sure my car was done. It wasn’t in the “car done” area that other cars were in. But they brought it right out, apologized and I drove off!! Otherwise great service done well! Will definitely go back!!!!

Was told the repair would take under 2 hours. I had an early morning appointment and expected this to help - my daughter in law brought the car in for me and needed to get to her job. After MORE than two hours she tried to find Julian to get an update. She was never updated during the 3 hours she waited. When the car was brought around there still was something not working on the seat. Julian insinuated that something broke when she sat in the car. He said they would have to order a part and I would have to call to find if part came in and then make appointment. She questioned this expecting the service department should call and notify us of the part arrivals and schedule an appointment. I would like to have a new service advisor assigned to me. I have had previous dealings with your department and am most disappointed with this latest encounter.

Terrible service. I was quoted less than $700 for parts and service to install a hitch on my 2019 forester over the phone. I was quoted more than $1000 in person. I had to cancel on site and I lost my workday.
