Tanner bends over backwards to help
Darius was great, courteous and helpful. We booked an appointment for morning for the wheel alignment but the service department manager evidently does not pay attention to scheduling and books more than the service dept can handle. This was particularly a problem yesterday because our car was not even started until after 2. We would never make an appt that late because I had a distance to drive and don’t see well as it gets dark. Yesterday it rained hard and got dark after 3:15 and was a real problem. I doubt we would bring our Subaru there again if you can’t schedule well.

I was given a 2 hour lead time for my oil change and it took over 4. I would of liked to be contacted when at the 2 hour mark and given an updated lead time
Zach is incredible. He did a great job in getting it done quickly and accurately. We feel like Zach is our personal service representative with your dealership. We trust his opinion and judgment and rely on him with all of our vehicles. He's one of the main reasons we keep coming back.
