We much appreciate your quick fix and turnaround
I am very displeased with my maintenance experience at this dealership. Will was my service advisor and Angel was the mechanic. I came in for a brake light stuck on, I had driven over 40 miles that day before I noticed the discrepancy and brought it in. They told it me was rodent damage and it would not be covered by the warranty. Estimated roughly 430 dollars not including labor because he had to take out the battery to inspect the wires beneath and remap the entire system. I asked to see the damage which was a small chaffed spot below a bracket. Not rodent damage. I asked to have the vehicle back, I would do the repair myself. I go sign the paperwork and wait. Now the vehicle will not start?!? I walk back to see what happened and the harness is torn apart. “That’s definitely rats”. They point out “rat feces and urine”. Urine sitting on engine blocks that has not evaporated ?!?! And it was not rat feces , it was seeds from a tree in my yard. They tried their best to sell me on rat damage but I have 15 years military experience as a avionics technician on helicopters. I had them push the vehicle into the parking lot, spliced the wires myself and found a broken fuse. How extremely convenient. I will be submitting the same complaint to VW America and to your yelp and google reviews. This type of business is not ok and they are taking advantage of people.

Horrible manager and experience. They kept my car for 2 days and wanted to charge me almost $700 for the transmission fluid that was changed late August. My car stops in the middle of the road and they don’t know why. No loaner car was offered, rude manager, and for wasting my time, they didn’t even fill my tank! Horrible customer service. I will make sure to write a review to reflect that. I spent $1,800 to get the extended warranty on a car that I can never use without spending thousands of dollars! Very unethical!

Service took exactly as long as they told me in spite of the rainy day. Delivery time of the car after you go to pick it could use improvement as I spoke to another gentleman waiting for his car at the same time.
JP is hands down the best service advisor we’ve ever had. We have four Subaru’s in the family. He’s knowledgeable, caring about your needs and always shows such excitement when I bring my dogs in. JP goes above and beyond!!
Great all around service all the time
Julian was amazing! He took care of us from the time we dropped our vehicle off to the time we picked it up. I felt like he was taking care of me and he genuinely was looking out for us. Told/Howe’s him what was happening and he immediately assured us he would get us taken care of and got us the last loaner they had that day. Communicative during the process and even said he would deluxe our vehicle the next time it was in because it was raining.
