Was told that I would get a call back but had to call twice to find out the status of the vehicle. JP was not that friendly. That said, the vehicle was serviced to my satisfaction with one exception. The fit of the hood is off by about a centimeter and a half and was told that that was normal; this doesn't seem right to me. Further, I was told that it was not possible to purchase and have installed metal skid cards under the engine and transmission even though I could find these as available for my model year on subarupartsandaccessories.com.

Do not talk to your female customers in a condescending tone, cut off your customers while they are speaking, and just overall learn what good customer service is.
