The entire customer service organization impresses me during every visit. Anytime I'm waiting more than a few moments any member of the team will ask if they can help me. Several times a team member who was free at that moment will help me so I don't have to wait. The level of customer service, courtesy and professionalism displayed by the team is quite frankly amazing.
He is a excellent customer service representative in your service department and is very respectful with keeping one posted on all updates, dealing with one's car. He a very good person to have on your Volkswagen/ Subaru team @ Bob Barker. If you had a star rating. I would happily rate him with 5 stars. Oil change was done quickly with a much needed wash. Erik did a great job with service.
I was told my car would be washed. It wasn't. Not really a big deal, tho' i was expecting it to have been washed.
Erik was polite, friendly, helpful and gave me 100% perfect service!

Julian was awesome. I had four warning lights on on my dash. Julian has it all taken care of by 330pm. Couldn’t be happier. Julian and Zach have taken such good care of me that I keep coming back.
