Called in to schedule a service and the representative was very unhelpful and misleading for available time slots to get a service. I went ahead and went into the service center at an earlier time and they took my car in and serviced it within an hour. Get in person service, but terrible over the phone. Seemed like a lack of communication between the mechanics and the representatives.
Julian was great to work with. While my car wasn’t finished on the same day I dropped it off, Julian had the recall work completed, saving me another trip. Greatly appreciated!
I was not fully satisfied with my experience at Bob Baker Subaru. I was informed my car would be cleaned after the service; when my car was finished I noticed my car still had bird poop on the all the windows. I pointed it out to the individual who brought my car to me and he said “we washed it.” I again showed the individual the poop; he took the car back and said he would take it through the wash. When he came back (couple minutes later), the front windshield was clean but there was still bird poop on the driver side window and hood. It obviously did not go through another wash. Instead of pointing it out again, I left Bob Baker Subaru disappointed with the service I received today. I usually make appointments with Zach because he has never let me down. Unfortunately, my experience today at Bob Baker Subaru service department was disappointing.
