Julian was extremely accommodating and the shuttle driver, Wayne, was such a pleasure to talk with. Best shuttle driver I’ve ever encountered.
I brought the car in for 60000 mile servicing. I also asked for a quote to fix the leaking air seal in the sun roof. I was expecting a call with a price quote. I did not get one. The first call was to leave me a message that my car was ready. I called in and that was when we talked about price for sun roof. I told him I wanted it done. He said since it was late in the day he could not get the part. It had to come from LA. I asked to be call when he knew the part was in. He told me if not Thursday AM then it would be in a Thursday evening and the car would be ready on Friday. I did not get a call on Thursday or Friday until the end of the day when I called I was told that it would be done on Saturday. I called in late Saturday and was told they needed to get Texas and the car would be ready Monday. I finally got a call Monday afternoon telling me the car was ready. I called in for a shuttle and could not get ahold of Will so called back in and was connected to the shuttle people. This is the first time that I have had a bad experience with Volkswagon. Usually I get calls with updates. The only way I got updated was calling in myself.
