The wait time can be long. Only thing you can improve on. 2 3/4 hours to wait for a simple oil change is excess especially when you have an appointment.

Zach was very nice and personable. I arrived at 10, and he said for the coil recall issue, an oil change, and a car wash, it would be 3 hours. I brought work. And when I finished my work around 12:30, I set off in the direction of the shopping center to get lunch. I was just about to choose a restaurant when Zach called, saying my car was ready. That was fine; I walked back. Then, after signing a paper, Zach said it would be 15 more min for the car wash. So, I waited. When 1:50 rolled around, I was ridiculously hungry and very angry. I went out to see what was going on, Zach was probably on his lunch break, and my car was just sitting in a parking space. No one had come to get me. I could have been there much longer than I was. I was so angry. And, the car wash was really hastily done. It looked like someone sprayed it with water and then just let it dry in the sun. I would expect more from almost 4 hours of waiting.

When I first got to the dealership it took 35min to get checked in and wait until the can could take everyone to work. Later I was suppose to be picked up by 3:30 instead I was picked up at 4pm. Upon arriving back at the dealership my car wash not washed as I had requested. I had to wait another 20min.If you are going to provide a service do it correctly.

Upon arrival with my 2019 forester on a flat bed tow truck because my pcv valve cracked and shot into my engine on interstate 5, i was told “we are closed” because it was a few minutes past 5. I repeatedly told him they should not turn the car on and try to move it, and one of your techs turned it on and moved it 10 feet forward while it spewed out multitudes of smoke and luckily the broken valve did not go any further into the engine due to this poor choice. Everybody seemed more worried about themselves and getting off of work than customer service. I gave Julian credit because he turned it around but only after he understood how blazingly upset I was and that this was your dealerships first PCV valve recall actually happening in real time. Julian was genuinely thoughtful and helpful after that point and you got the car fixed very quickly. But this should never have happened in the first place. I should’ve received a letter in the mail the minute that this recall happened, so I was at least aware that this horrible situation could happen and I could’ve been prepared. I think Subaru made a huge mistake not sending out letters the second it happened and you were aware of the problem. I believe you will have many lawsuits coming your way.
