The only thing was they said they would wash my car and they didn’t. Not a big deal but was a little disappointed Ted when I picked my car up and it hadn’t been washed. Other than that.a 10 plus on all your service and staff.

We had a great experience throughout the whole process of purchasing our son’s truck at your dealership. Our two salespeople, Bautista and Christy were extremely helpful and have continued to follow up with us even after we completed the entire transaction. We will definitely be coming back in the future when we are in the car shopping timeframe again.

Service was quicker than anticipated and everyone greeted me with a smile. Erik walked me through my warranty and told me what was included in my service — it was my first time service appointment with my new Subaru. There was a part of my dashboard that seemed to have popped off a couple months after I purchased the car. Erik and the parts department documented it and requested a replacement part without any issues. Thanks for making my experience painless and welcoming.

It seemed rather busy when I arrived so I expected a wait in line however it looked like the team knew how to efficiently get customers taken care of. Erik promptly greeted me once it was my turn. He actively noted the issues with my car in detail. The wait for my car wasn’t long. One issue wasn’t fixed due to an unavailable part but Erik reassured that the part was ordered and the car will be taken care of once I come back. It was a pleasant experience.
