Service was good my only suggestion for improvement is better hand off when service management personnel go to lunch. The vehicle was delivered on time as promised but I had to inquire about status and was told the individual had gone to lunch

I was disappointed how long it took someone to come out and talk to me about my issue even though I made appointment. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes before someone came over and asked me why I was there. My other issue was when my car was finished and I came to pick it up it was very dirty inside on the seats and all the things in the glove box and console were just put in on the floor in the back. I take pride in my car and expect the same to whoever is working on it.

As I told JP, this was the single best auto service experience of my 35+ years of car ownership.
Took 4 hours instead of the originally planned 2 hrs. There was no communication that the service was running late until I approached someone after 3hrs of waiting. Besides that, everything else went smoothly and I appreciated being asked if I wanted a free car wash.
JP was courteous and very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and what should be done. The car was finished and washed very quickly. And he loves our dog.??????
