Sidebar.... I’m surprised that my “ new” CPO car had so many problems after owning it for such a short amount of time. And I work local and close to home so I have not yet been on any long road trips to incur the problems I’ve had with the car.
Was disappointed that my battery had to be jumped twice, my home link wouldn’t cooperate , my A/C didn’t work the first time I tried it, the passenger seat belt would ring ad nauseam even tho nobody was in the seat and my drivers window decided to not function. I hope I don’t have any incurred additional problems after the 36000 mile warranty ends. Then I’ll be really bummed!!!
Service was completed in the estimated time and the shuttle service was great.
The process of telling me my vehicle was ready and requesting a pick up was ridiculous. The fact that I was forwarded to my advisor (10 minute hold)was ridiculous when I told service why I was calling.

Bringing in our 2014 Subaru outback for the airbag recall. As soon as I pull up I was greeted with very friendly service person to direct me where to go. Julian Perez was the person who took all my information and explained what the recall was about and about how long it might take. He called to lined up Greenleaf Rent-A-Car company to pick me up to rent a car until mine was done. The Rent-A-Car company was also very professional quick and easy, They took me back to the Subaru dealer when my car was finished. Julian Perez was very professional & friendly, It’s nice to have great people working in your service area. ????????????

This was a repair which would have been done for free at Discount Tire. When the warning light came on, I was closer to Bob Baker and didn’t want to keep driving in the rain. My request for a discount was honored, but the 5% was hardly significant.
