My appointment was set up for 12:00 noon and was told to plan for 2 hours. I was upset when I checked in to find out that the mechanics would be out for lunch and would not be able to even start on my car until 1:00 and to plan 3 hours. I asked Joseph why scheduling would even book a noon time if no one was around to work on it. Anyway Joseph did a great job getting someone to work on my car in a timely fashion and I got out in under 2 hours. It is because of him that I was overall very happy with my experience. He turned a bad experience into a positive one.

My car was at the dealership for a recall repair. I understand that Subaru was overwhelmed with the amount of vehicles coming in for repairs. Because there were no Subaru vehicles available due to the amount of recalls being worked on, we were sent to Enterprise. The person who picked up my wife took her to the wrong enterprise, then when she got to the right one, she was given a kia soul (after 2 hours of waiting around). Not only was the car small and not comparable to my outback, but it had been smoked in so the odor was very foul. With 2 kids, the last thing I was is a car full of cigarette smoke. When my wife questioned Enterprise about the smoke in the car, they just told her that was all they had. I was told by my service advisor that they were supposed to give us something comparable. He even bumped up the rate to make sure Enterprise would give us a vehicle that would fit out family of 4 comfortably and instead we were stuck in a compact car. I know this isn't on the dealership or our service writer (Zach was great) but this was a pretty unfortunate experience. I just want to make this known because we have had nothing but great experiences with Bob Baker Subaru and the level that Enterprise is performing is not the same level as your dealership.
