Kudos to JP for negotiating a difficult patch because of a delivery of a damaged tire. He located one nearby and got it installed quickly. Also, many thanks to the technician who located, after several tries, a slow leak in a tire that kept setting off the low tire pressure warning.

Nothing but respect for JP and crew. It’s the $700 price tag for a 60k mile service. And that’s after a $25 rebate. I believe in paying a premium for quality service, which I’ve done so far. However, this recent experience has caused me to look elsewhere for future service needs. Your rates are just too expensive.
Tanner did a great job in keeping me informed of the repair status of my vehicle.
