JP was very knowledgeable and accommodating. This was a visit for a recall on my Outback. As this was basically an all day job I was given a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room all day.

We were happy with the service but we felt the shuttle to the rental company was not equipped to deal with the new covid-19 protocols. We would have preferred the car dropped off at Subaru dealership instead of being transported.

This was my first appointment since buying my outback, Brenden was very friendly and professional. Especially for being early, cold, and in a pandemic. I appreciate his excellent customer service and knowledge when I had questions about a filter change. I would definitely recommend family and friends coming here for Subaru service. Also my appointment only took 30 minutes, which was an hour quicker than expected!
