"JP" did a fantastic job. Getting me back on the road, providing solutions but NOT 'overselling' me or attempting to get me to do everything under the sun and to spend a fortune. The typical dealership experience (what we are currently experiencing at this moment with our Chevy) is that they try to sell you every possible service and part and to spend a small fortune. JP was solution oriented and decidedly more interested in earning return business from us rather than the immediate price gouging. Well done, JP. Thank you Bob Baker Auto Group.
