You could have washed the car! Most places are closed, so to make your customers feel taken care of....wash their cars!! It is important to most people!!

We wish that your techs could determine what we describe as an engine surge or hesitation that has happened. The same problem happened within 10,000 miles of our previous warranty expiring. As fate would have it our transmission went out at 120,000 miles at which time we had a costly repair of what you said needed to be done by replacing a valve body. Again , as fate would have it, the entire transmission went out at 123,191 miles, additional big bill! Are we disappointed in Subaru product, you bet we are! However, you are asking about your service guys, he was nice guy., give him a raise, you got the money.
