The brakes job resulted in a sever burning smell. When I called back to the service department (front desk), they were not helpful in scheduling time to look at the problem. Told me they would not look at it immediately. I was told I would have to wait until there was a scheduled opening even though my issue is the result of the work the service department performed the previous day.

The car was done Monday and it took until Tuesday afternoon to get it. Left four messages for ZAC never got a return call until Tuesday afternoon.
He was great. At first we argued over my refusal to put gas in the loaner. Then he figured out I didn't drive enough miles to use that much gas. It was a customer win for something not my fault.
