It took 2 hours to get an oil change. I didn't even have the tires rotated. That is way too long. Also your waiting room is the smallest one I have ever seen. Brendan is great.
Up was efficient , cordial, task oriented, placed the customer’s needs first, explained clearly the work being done and made himself available by direct phone line for questions I may have. He gave good eye contact, did not waste time yet did not seem rushed or anxious and gave professional courtesy. He should be considered for a promotion.

Brake job not performed & couldn’t get courtesy of an explanation as to why. I suppose I should be thankful since it could be done elsewhere for less money, but means I lost benefit of time. Odd thing, it was recommended as very urgent.
