For the amount I spent I would have expected a car wash. The person who brought my car to me at the end left grease marks in the car. We are in a pandemic and I would have appreciated some cleaning procedures but it seems like nothing was done at all. This is something my old dealership offered after any service.

Attention to detail was not up to what I had received in the past. Seems like most of the staff were just walking around doing their own thing letting a number of customers stand around to find out what they needed on their own.

Last Friday I took our dogs to the vets. The exam was done in our car and I left the rear tailgate open during the process. When the exam was completed I was unable to lower the tailgate electronically as the battery was totally dead. Subaru service was called to jump start my car. I called your service department and found no one able to tell me what may have gone wrong. When I arrived for my appointment, Tanner immediately assessed what had happened and began resolution. Thank you again Tanner.
