Very courteous and helpful when I needed to get my new phone hooked up to my beautiful Ascent suv. Washed my car beautifully. Even though I did not have an appointment for oil change they got me in. They cut my wait Down by one hour which I appreciated as I live 65 miles away

Excellent and appeared very trustworthy! I am so glad to have pro’s take care of my beautiful Outback! I am a loyal Subaru customer. Bought my first one from Bob Baker back in2001 and drove it for 17 years! Moved to Tennessee in 2012 where I traded it in for a 2019. Am now back to stay in Ca. And trust you all stayed great (good feeling w my first service after returning to Ca)!

Zach consistently provides excellent service. His knowledge of Subaru parts and service is impressive and so helpful when you call with a question or concern. He is able to articulate what the issue may be and offers a solution. His confidence in the service team and mechanics always puts my mind at ease. He also goes above and beyond whether it’s drawing a picture to help explain, , calling to give me status updates, or making repairs as convenient as possible. I’m excited as well. I feel completely taken care of every time I go to Bob Baker. Zach is AWESOME, consistently. Also Jeremy in collision has also been very friendly and always helpful. Oh and one more. Any forget, not sure of his name but I think he had a back and white skeleton mask. Caucasian, maybe mid-twenties short light colored hair..good guy too. Exceptional work Subaru Carlsbad! I’ll be trading in soon????????

Brutally expensive hourly rate. Makes me want to buy a Honda so I never need a technician again. $165/hr is robbery, plain and simple.
