Bobby was great as usual, always friendly and welcoming. After the service they told us our car was ready. We waited almost 20 mins for our car to be brought out because an employee had put our keys in his pocket and left for lunch with them. There should be a procedure in place at the dealership to stop that from happening to customers.

Erik was helpful and did a good job. He helped me with my car radio Bluetooth system before sending my car to service. There was a long delay, due to being short staffed with mechanics. I ended up rescheduling my maintenance service. Erik ordered a body side part I need, so I would have had to return anyway.

Outstanding support as always from Zachary. Called ahead of time to discuss issue and received advice to enable me to get vehicle to dealer for check out and repair as necessary. He set up appointment and I was relieved to find out it was a minor issue. Appreciate the assistance.

And Jamie was always courteous and understanding when I kept calling to reschedule my appointment amid the COVID-19 concerns.
