I didn't feel safe. The payment app didn't work so I had to enter one of the tiny offices to pay. There were 3 guys in there, one was eating lunch and wasn't wearing a mask. I had to use the touchscreen to pay. The plastic covering my car seat wasn't completely covering it. Anyway there were many things that made me uncomfortable. I just wanted to get out of there. I had questions about my car but didn't want to stay in the office for another second.
Bobby was friendly and efficient.
We just moved to the area, and were so pleased with the service we received!????I also was impressed at how the dealership was dealing with Covid safety measures for their customers and employees.
