William (Will) he’s great at all parts of having your car serviced. I haven’t been in to the service department for about 6 months or so and he always remembers me. Very nice and he knows how I baby my car so I know while it’s in for service it’s being taken care of right. Thanks Will! See you next year! ????

Brendan, the service technician, worked hard to have my ordered part, a Thule cargo box, installed at the appointment time previously scheduled despite his initial statement that it may take 2-3 hours due to being “backed up,” instead of one. I I was told when I made the appointment it would take up to 90 minutes. It was installed in an hour so he definitely did his job well and acted to demonstrate teamwork on the part of staff to accomplish what was promised in advance. Telephone staff in scheduling showed utmost care in making my initial appointment.

Tanner did a wonderful job like he normally does,but I have noticed a paint chip on the rear door panel. It's very small but very noticeable.

It was a good service. I dropped my car off the night before and it was done the next morning first thing even though my appointment wasn’t until the afternoon. I did have to work so I didn’t pick my car up until I was off work later that afternoon. I did ask for it to be washed which when I went to pick it up it wasn’t washed yet and then Zach took it and washed it. He was very nice about it and I wasn’t upset. I know things are a little crazy right now and things get missed and just happy it was only the wash and nothing else. I was also pleased that I had my 2 year or 24,000 mile which my 2 year was up on May 26, but due to COVID I haven’t been able to get it in nor have I been close to the mileage. I called and spoke with emily and she was very nice and informed me that was extended because of COVID. I was very pleased about that and thankful.
