I was overall satisfied that my vehicle was taken care of and the service technician who completed my appointment was very friendly and did a thorough job. I think his name was Eric, he finished up for Tanner Knapp. My only disappointment was with the amount of time I waited for a service technician to acknowledge me. I waited for 15 minutes, I was the first car in the line for about 10 minutes, before I asked someone to help me. There were many employees walking about. I don’t mind waiting I just didn’t like that no one acknowledged me waiting. I understand things happen and with everything going on in our world things may take longer. I am mentioning my experience because you asked the question. I have always had excellent service!!

The oil change was a bit expensive. I was disappointed there was no car wash. And no hot chocolate.
