3 hours of you having my vehicle to find out my check engine light is from a part that is known to fail. You'd think you'd have access to that part in enough time so I don't have to come back again to wait another 2-3 hours for the item to be replaced.
This is a part that is known to fail with one of your popular models so it should be on hand or deliverable within at least 2-3 hours.
