Eddie Charriez was the best. I can’t say enough about his knowledge and experience. I left feeling he had listened to my problem and was able to make me feel that Subaru had done their best to fix the problem. He was frank and honest about the intermittent nature of the issue and explained why it may occur again. If it does I know how to best document the event so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

Eric was great - recommended the outside seating area while I was waiting which was very nice and enabled me to make cell phone calls w/o bothering other customers. The work was completed 1/2 hour before the estimate and I was quickly notified by Eric my car almost ready - just completing The car wash.
