He did ok but I’m not sure if the cost of synthetic oil change after the $5 discount is accurate and I remember before this oil change,the last time I had it for synthetic oil change was only around $60-65 but now it charges me $73 -74 and that is after $5 discount also I asked for carwash and I didn’t get one,my car is still dirty!

There was residual oil inside the engine bay. This will eventually burn off, but until then it comes into passenger cabin and is smelled after driving.

We came over from Esc. Had a very nice rental. We were set for a 11am all good. We were told it would possibly be done around 3pm or we would be notified. We stopped by around 3:30 as we hadn't been notified one way or another. We were then told it would be ready somewhere tomorrow. Not a bad deal just that my mother in law, who owns the Subaru was with us and is 91 with COPD and on Hospice. I of course came back the next day after being notified it was now ready. Nothing to problematic just a tough day with M-I-L and not knowing anything till stopping by @ 3:30 PM. You guy were busy but our circumstances where a bit challenging. Not used to all this either... Julian was very very helpful and got us all set up...just not a strong finish!

Great service as always from the entire Subaru team at Bob Baker. I have complete trust in the guys. I am always made to feel like your #1 customer. Great customer service skills from everyone, especially Cole Freeman, who takes care of both of my Subarus. Thanks again!

Really appreciated Tanner taking extra time and attention to work on making my repairs as affordable as possible. He went the extra. Ike and that we cause me to return next time I need service or repairs.
