My issue isn’t with Bob Baker or Julian, it’s that Subaru has a known issue with key removal and has issued a service bulletin for it but hasn’t issued a recall and doesn’t cover the cost of the repair. $558 is a lot to pay for what is clearly a manufacturing defect.

I would have liked to have been asked if I wanted a car wash. It is one thing I look forward to when I bring my car in for service. When I went to pick up my car when service was complete and asked if my car was cleaned, Julian snapped back that the sign was there that you need to request one.
A simple question at drop off by the service professional would’ve more customer friendly.
