Left several messages on the status of car repair that were never returned. Turnaround took 7 days (including weekend). A return call or txt message would have been satisfactory. Key point is follow up communication during the the time my car was in service not the length of time it took. Thanks

I had a 2 pm appt for service. No one acknowledged me for 30 minutes. I finally flagged someone down, a Suburu rep, and was told the only VW person was at lunch... he took my info and said someone would call. Right before closing I called and had to speak with 4 people before getting answers. I was told my car should be done by Friday. Friday at 2 pm I get a call saying 50/50 chance it would be done. I call back twice to find out it will be done Monday. I pick it up today and after 5 days and multiple requests it is fixed but not washed. There were spider webs on the side window! This is the worst service I have ever received at your dealership in 9 years.

Brenden went above and beyond in providing maintenance service on my car. He took it upon himself to request an extension on my prepaid maintenance plan that expired 6 mos earlier. I really appreciate that extra caring.

Bobby kept me up to date on my service when asked and even went out of his way to find me a warranty service on my failing water pump. I had hoped the car would be ready in 1 to 2 days but the delays were out of his control. Overall I am satisfied with the outcome
