Will was great and I appreciate his knowledge and attentiveness. However, I believe the process of one individual working each specific vehicle maintenance request was an Inefficient and Inconvenient experience. Multiple times I contacted the dealership to follow up on my vehicle and it was very difficult to talk to will since he was very busy. This being said, no one else could answer any questions regarding my vehicle. I dropped it off at noon on Saturday and wasn’t even able to receive a diagnosis of the vehicles issue until late afternoon on Monday. When I requested if there was a vehicle as a rental while my car was in the shop they said it would need to be diagnosed first. Leading me to go until Monday without the diagnosis and then not being able to pick the car up until Thursday morning. Here must be a more efficient way to do business.
