Excessive reminders about scheduled service appointment via email and texts became almost sickening. Had BMW’s or autos from Penske Auto Group for last 20 years or so I became spoiled with a loaner car during routine service. Came to your dealership due to very unpleasant sales and service experience with Kearny Mesa Subaru.

Zach’s service was awesome! He thinks of everything, every detail including a much appreciated thoughtfulness of loaning me a carb for the couple of day’s work to repair my Subaru. Much appreciated as my mom who lives with me is very sick and needs me to go for med supplies and food daily, and I need to be ready to drive mom to the hospital If needed again at any time, day or night. Zach and Service Drot Manager Norm, and Norm’ assistant Jamie are the best!!! It due to their genuine commitment to the Subaru family of owners that makes me come back . I’m a perpetual fan of Subaru and of the Service Team here in Carlsbad CA !
